You access the shared pool area of the HPS estate via your private secure gate.

Located 7km from the Loire River, in the center of France, between the Centre-Val de Loire and Burgundy regions, this destination allows you to organize your reunion while limiting travel for everyone. Quick access by train is possible: 1h40 from Paris Gare de Bercy to Tracy-Sancerre station (or Cosne sur Loire). We can provide information about local taxis and bike rentals for your stay.
Stay at La Longère to recharge in absolute tranquility while being close to everything, in this former farmhouse of 157 m² (1,690 sq ft), featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 8 beds, with a beautiful private garden of 3600m2 (0.89 acres) filled with flowers and trees, and fully enclosed. In summer, access the shared "pool relaxation" area of the estate through your gate at the back of the garden (secured with a unique code). This house was fully insulated, renovated, furnished, and decorated at the end of 2022 with high-quality materials, respecting the "country" style while adding "high-tech" comfort, neutral decor, and practical amenities. It features central heating, hot water, and a gas stove.

The outdoor spaces have been redesigned among fruit and ornamental trees. The diverse flower plantings are spread from April to October, which will delight you as well as the abundant wildlife in the garden (pheasant hens, squirrels...).

To start your stay as soon as you arrive and reduce your luggage, here are the HPS services included in your package: The beds are made, towels placed on each bed, bath mats provided with Avène/Bioderma shower gel... (purchased from the pharmacy). HPS offers you the loan of over 45 indoor and outdoor games for all ages.
All basic ingredients await you in your Gîte (we kindly ask you to replace them before your departure): for cooking (oils, vinegars, condiments...), washing (shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) and... for routine maintenance (laundry and dishwasher tablets, kitchen soap)... and all the robots and dishes necessary when you like to cook!
You will also find a selection of teas and 3 coffee machines (filter, Nespresso, Delonghi, with some capsule reserves, coffee beans, ground coffee), sugar sticks....
In addition to our interior and exterior maintenance/cleaning of your Gîte and the common Pool area, we are also your "Concierge" service: from the moment you book and during your stay, we are at your disposal to prepare the stay that suits you. We advise you according to your ideas for the many sporting, cultural, recreational, and oenological activities around Sancerre. We can discuss your menu ideas and advise you on local merchants who best meet your wishes, and indicate those for whom an order is necessary! (Butchers, delicatessens, caterers, picnic baskets, cakes, special gluten-free breads... Assortment of BBQ meats, varied salads..) Wine cellar visits... bike rentals.
Exterior: in your private garden, you will find tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols, for you to enjoy as you wish. In addition to the traditional BBQ, you can easily enjoy your stay with your Weber Plancha/BBQ, for which we provide a first gas cube.
The owners will welcome you with a welcome basket and explain the gîte and how it works. A 'house information' booklet is sent to you following your booking, to help you prepare your stay and provide tips and information about the region. During your stay, we continue to provide a concierge service; we are at your disposal to help you organize your activities, your choice of restaurants, catering service on reservation, childcare, shops....

Booking Process
The Booking (through an OTA) is final for check-in upon receipt of: Signed descriptive sheet, balance paid, address, ID card/Passport, 'Holiday home' insurance certificate of the tenant, list of residents (holiday home certificate per household).
The Booking (direct) is official upon receipt of: Signed contract (where you accept the descriptive sheet and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale), deposit paid, address, ID card/Passport, 'Holiday home' insurance certificate of the contractor, list of residents (holiday home certificate per household).
Deposit for booking by bank transfer: 25% non-refundable in case of cancellation (except for COVID government measures).
Balance: Payment of the Balance by bank transfer at the latest 30 days before the arrival date.
Check-in Procedure
Documents to be provided: 'Holiday home' Home Insurance Certificate and signature of the Pool Regulations per household. Signature of the Pool Waiver for families accompanied by minors.
Security deposit: €1000 by check or bank transfer (made before arrival), credited back at the latest 7 days after the end of the stay (or bank imprint by the OTA when in use).
