The secure HPS Sancerre estate, spread over 1.5 hectares, offers you a shared "Pool Relaxation" area, located in the middle of the parks. Each Gite has its own access to this aera through its secure gate with a unique code.

In the heart of the Sancerre vineyards, enjoying an unconstested view of the vines, discover our 3 HPS Confort 4 épis 2023 gites, with our ‘Gîte prêt à vivre’ concept to enjoy your stay upon your arrival: ‘take the time to live, to be free’ ... in harmony with the land, nature and those you love.
Located 7kms from the Loire, in the centre of France, between Berry and Burgundy, this destination offers a central meeting place while limiting everyone's journeys. Quick access by train is possible (1h40 from Paris Gare de Bercy to Tracy-Sancerre or Cosne sur Loire station), we can pick you up and reserve bikes for your stay).
Since 2019, we have been committed to a daily approach of making environmentally-friendly choices and protecting the flora and fauna on the estate.

To make the most of your stay from the moment you arrive and reduce your luggage and the HPS services included in your package:
Beds are made, towels placed on each bed, and bath mats await you in the bathrooms along with Avène/Bioderma shower gel (purchased from the pharmacy). HPS bath towels (for outdoor and pool use) are available upon reservation. Over 45 indoor and outdoor games for both children and adults are at your disposal.
All basic products await you in your Gite: for cooking (oils, vinegars, condiments...), for washing (shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, hair dryer) and for general cleaning (tea towels, laundry and dishwasher tablets, kitchen soap, sponges...) ... and all the usual appliances and dishes for those who love to cook!
A selection of teas and 3 coffee machines are available (filter, Nespresso, Delonghi, with some capsule reserves, coffee beans, ground coffee), sugar sticks....
In addition to our interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance of your Gite and the common Pool area, we are also your "butler" for required services : During your bookingand throughout your stay, we can offer our service to prepare the stay to meet your requirements. We advise you about the numerous sporting, cultural, and oenological activities available from Sancerre. We discuss your menu ideas to recommend local merchants who best meet your wishes, including those for whom an order is necessary! (Butchers, delicatessens, caterers, picnic baskets, cakes, special gluten-free breads - corn.... Assortment of BBQ meats, varied salads...) Wine cellar visits... bicycle rental.
In each house: high-speed fiberoptic internet, teleworking area, slow recharging of hybrid cars, herb patch, baby kit on request: cot, high chair, baby bath, toilet reducer.
Outside: in your private garden you'll find tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasols to entertain as you wish. In addition to the traditional BBQ, you can easily enjoy your stay with your Weber Plancha/BBQ (we supply its gaz cube).

Lovely hosts, great property.
Super property, very well equipped with lovely big garden and great shared pool. Plenty of space downstairs and nice bedrooms. A problem was promptly fixed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Our family reunion could not have found a better place. Near a fireplace for an evening aperitif, relaxed by the pool, peacefully on the deckchairs during a nap in the shade of the trees, gathered around the indoor or outdoor tables for meals, everything was available so that our stay was a success.
Comfortable beds, impeccable linen, choice dishes.
Thanks to Pascale who bent over backwards to facilitate my arrival, to find me the reputable merchants . She even took me in her 4x4 through the narrow and perilous streets of Sancerre so that the butcher could deliver my orders. At my 82nd birthday, her dynamic support made sure that everything was successful.
